1. All participants are required to pay the registration fees in full to confirm their participation.
2. Registrations are non-transferable. The name on the registration must match the attendee who will be participating in the event.
3. Requests for registration transfers will not be entertained. Any attempt to transfer registration will result in automatic cancellation without refund.
Event Cancellation Policy for Rathinam Grand Fest:
1. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be promptly notified via email by the event organizers.
2. No refund will be provided, on the cancelllation of the registration by the participants.
3. The event organizers reserve the right to modify or adjust the cancellation and refund policy as deemed necessary, with any changes communicated to registered attendees in a timely manner.
